Featured Project
The District of Lake Country
ALIGN COMMUNICATION. CONNECT THE COMMUNITY. BUILD TRUST.
The Challenge
The District of Lake Country is a fast-growing municipality with increasing complexity across projects, stakeholders, and community expectations.
Strong work was happening across the organization, but communication was not always consistent, aligned, or clearly connected with the community.
The opportunity was to bring structure, clarity, and consistency to how the District communicates.
The Solution
Partnered with the District to design and implement a structured communications approach—aligning teams, improving messaging, and creating a system that supports clear, proactive communication.
The Approach
Delivered a phased engagement grounded in a clear framework:
AUDIT: Conducted a full communications audit across channels, content, and processes
WORKSHOPS: Facilitated workshops to define messaging, values, and communication principles
FRAMEWORK: Established a strategic communications framework and governance model
PLAN: Developed a 12-month communications plan and content calendar
COACHING: Provided ongoing advisory, coaching, and performance tracking
At the core of the engagement was a simple but powerful framework—Program, People, Process, and Performance—designed to align how the District communicates, operates, and measures success
